Terms of Service

This page is a structural placeholder. Before launch, it must be completed with lawyer-reviewed terms covering, at minimum:

  • The service description, account terms, and acceptable use.
  • Subscription terms: monthly billing, annual billing, the 14-day free trial, cancellation, and refunds.
  • Payment processing terms and fees.
  • Data ownership (the customer owns their business data) and export rights.
  • Service availability, support, limitation of liability, and governing law per region.
